Description:Draksharishtam is also known as Mridwikarishtam. Kottakkal sells this product in this name.

DOSAGE:

15 to 30 ml for adults and 5 to 10 ml for children or as directed by the Physician.

USAGE:

To be taken twice daily after food.

INDICATIONS:

General debility, emaciation, anemia, worm infestations,diseases of head and neck.

Draksharishtam side effects and precautions:

Over-dosage is best avoided.
Store in a cool dry place.
Pregnant ladies should seek medical advice before taking this medicine.
Diabetes mellitus patinest should avoid this preparation as it is rich with jaggery.
The patients with gastric irritation and ulcer should avoid this as it may increase the irritation due to the hot and deep penetrative qualities of self fermented alcohol.
Excess intake may cause gastric irritation. Also if large amount of water is not taken along with this Arishtha it may cause mouth ulcers.
