Its usage:

In the treatment of the diseases of vital organs like heart, brain, kidney, liver.

Effect on Tridosha – balances Vata, Pitta and kapha.

Dosage:

1 – 2 tablets once or twice a day, or as suggested by the physician.

Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus root

Musta – Nut grass (root) – Cyperus rotundus
