Selenium acts well in debility by heat or hot weather, a little mental or physical exertion makes him sleepy.
A weakness involving all parts of the body, easy fatigue from any labor, night-watching, mental exertion.
Headaches, caused by indulgence in alcoholics or in tea, by hot weather, by over-study, strong odors.
Itching in folds of skin, as between fingers and about joints, especially the ankle-joint.
Great emaciation of face, hands, legs, feet, affected parts, and single parts.
Hoarseness from weakness after over-use of the voice for a long time is relieved with Selenium.
Difficulty of breathing when walking in open air is resolved with selenium Metallicum.

Dosage of SBL Selenium 10M CH:
Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Precautions of SBL Selenium 10M CH:
Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.
