With a brilliant combination of suji and masala, you can rustle up this wholesome and nutritious savoury in no time at all! With the help of our instant mix batter, your family and you can sit down to this delicious traditional breakfast with minimum fuss.

Directions to use MTR Masala Upma :
Pan Cooking:

Boil 450ml of water
Add 180g of MTR Masala Upma Mix with 1 1/2 tbsp ghee or cooking oil.
Cook for 5-6 minutes and garnish with chopped, fresh coriander, parboiled green peas, beans, carrots.
Mix well and serve hot.

Microwave Cooking :

Mix 180g of MTR Masala Upma Mix with 450ml of water in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave at high power for 3 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp of ghee or cooking oil & stir well
Again microwave at high power for another 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander, parboiled green peas, beans, carrots. Mix well and serve hot.

Tasty Tip :

Serve with Coconut chutney, MTR pickle and MTR sambar.
