AVP Peethaka Choornam description

Pitaka Churna is a herbal powder formulation.

Its usage:

  1. Used for application and gargle in Stomatitis, Gingivitis, pharingitis, tonsillitis and dental diseases along with honey and ghee.

            Roga karma: Danta, mukha and gala rogas.

            Dosha karma: Kaphahara.

           Other karma:  Ropana, lekhana.

  • used for application in oralcavity and throat related complaints.

Pitaka Churna INGREDIENTS:

Daruharidra        Berberis aristata              1 Part

Saindava              Rock salt              1 Part

Manashila           Realger                1 Part

Yavakshara         Alkali of Hordeum vulgare          1 Part

Haritala                Orpiment            1 Part

Method of Preparation: The above ingredients are powdered separately and mixed together in specified quantity.
