Directions for use of Sree Annapoorna Food Mutton Masala Powder :
- 50gm of Sree Annapoorna Mutton Masala Powder required to prepare 1 Kg Mutton.
- Fry 200gms of clean sliced onion in minimum quantity of edible oil to light golden brown colour.
- Add to this seperately cleaned mutton pieces and cook.
- As mutton is half cooked add 50gms of Masala Powder, enough salt ( to taste ) and water.
- This is further cooked to evaporate a part of moisture and meat pieces become tender.
- Now it is ready to serve.
- If desired for kuruma like gravy, add coconut milk and cook for a further period of 5 minutes.
