Directions for use of Sree Annapoorna Chicken Masala :

50gm of Sree Annapoorna Chicken Masala Powder required to prepare 1 Kg Chicken.
Fry 200gms of clean sliced onion in minimum quantity of edible oil to light golden brown colour.
Add cleaned 1 kg Chicken pieces and cook well.
As chicken is half cooked add 50gms of Chicken Masala Powder, enough salt ( to taste ) and water.
This is further cooked to evaporate a part of moisture and chicken pieces become tender.
Now it is ready to serve.
If desired for kuruma like gravy, add coconut milk and cook for a further period of 5 minutes.
